Yerema stuck on stairs, The Pure Blood Quest

Hi,

Currently on I'm chapter 14, and I am currently stuck at the part where you are escorting Yerema to Dr. West. Everytime we get to the stairs, she says "is it safe?"
But everytime I go up the stairs and kill all the zombies, she still doesn't move or say anything. Am I missing something? I've killed every single zombie on this part of the map!

its prolly related to a game script issue, Ive seen the same thing happen with farcry 1, in some room, after you kill the 3-4 uber monkeys the door opens, but it doesnt, you have to reinstall and do the whole thing again or keep ur save file, and then reinstall and use that save file. =[ or wait for a patch! wich will happen soon hopefully! are you using a computer or a console?

Hey, this happened to me too but i refused to give up... And, i unstuck it.

First, i let the 2 guys before the staircase beat up on her a bit. Then, i went in and killed all but one of the walkers/infected. I brought him down to smack her around more. When i finally killed him, she unstuck and ran to the building.

Just keep trying. I had to reload it at least 20 times.
