Heroes and Villians: Co-op Issue

Not sure where to post this...

I was playing last night and had started this quest. I was at the point where you go to find Amber. I was busy watching the football game and decided to pause and switch channels only to come back an hour later to find the quest completed... As I came back from pause it said "Quest Updated: Heroes and Villians". It looks like an individual joined my game while I was paused, then went and finished the same quest I was actively on.

Now the issue... I got none of the rewards and I do not see a reward icon on the screen anywhere. The quest just said "she knows where to meet me" or something to that regard as far as the meeting place would be. Am I out of luck or do I just need to find the reward location? I did not get the xp or the mod from the quest. Any help would be great. Thanks

I'm not too sure why you wouldn't be able to get the reward but I think the only solution really is to join another persons game and do the quest again, then just go back to yours once you have the mod

I assume it's just sitting on the ground or in the hands of the reward giver. I just don't know where that is.

Should be a Trophy icon on your mini-map.

Yeah there wasn't one but it doesn't matter now. It decided to show up on my mod screen now. But my storage lay is gone now...
