Support Needed: Albums

They simply do not or will not work for me. I have tried uploading quite a few different images and not one has succeeded. I always get this error:

500[IOErrorEvent type="ioError" bubbles="false" cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error #2038"]

Examples of what I've tried to upload:


1920 x 1080 - 308 KB - JPG Image
1920 x 1080 - 482 KB - JPG Image
1920 x 1080 - 269 KB - JPG Image


I know those three are 1980 x 1020 but each one is under 500 KB, was just seeing if they would even upload. I've tried smaller pictures as well.


550 x 200 - 109 KB - JPG Image
550 x 776 - 321 KB - PNG Image
500 x 185 - 55.6 KB - JPG Image
105 x 105 - 26.4 KB - PNG Image
160 x 160 - 44.2 KB - PNG Image


I've tried many others as well... None of them are working. Not sure if it's me doing something wrong or what.

I tried PM'ing MoneyMakinMike (http://www.deadislandforums.com/member.php/2-MoneyMakinMike) but after looking in my "Sent Items" box, it apparently never made it to him? Hell... it looks as if the message was never even created.

I've also tried creating Albums that were public, private or profile. Still doesn't work. I have tried using both Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome to see if it was a browser issue... Doesn't seem to be. Unless it only works using IE... Which I hate.

EDIT: I get that same error when trying to add attachments to my posts.

Any news on what the problem was or is?

Should I be able to now upload images to an Album and attach things to my posts?

EDIT: If I should, I still can't... Just tried. Same error.
