View Full Version : Cant seem to find a good Axe

My friend let me borrow his PS3 and i got up to level 60 and have my best weapons I had in my 360 account (Deathstalker Zeds Demise, Tesla Gabriels Sledgehammer etc.) However, I cannot seem to find a good axe. They seem to be very low in damage than that of the 360 one i had, and i found like countless axes that were @ least higher than 1400 in damage on my 360. But in Ps3 i get ones that are 1000 or a tiny bit higher, but never found a 2000 or higher. Is there difference between the 360 and PS3 when it comes to that? or is my luck just that bad with axes? I tried looking for the Viking of the south on the 360, no luck, and i dont wanna do that for PS3 and have the same luck and i just dont have time now to wait 5 ****ing hours and hope to find one.

I've never seen any >2000 + --- base damage axes on Ps3, and I've come across a few. Got a Phoenix Viking that is 1400ish + ---. Got a spectacular purple "Indestructible sumthing r other" 1500ish + --- that I don't have a stingray tail for. All I know is that guy at the Overpass Camp sells alot of pretty good axes and can be farmed using fast travel.

The weapon parameters were reduced in a game patch that was released for all of the platforms it's on. That is the only difference I can foresee between your console and his.

That pretty much answers the parameters of my machete question. I played the game when it first came out and had some weapons that had much better stats at lvl49 than I have now at lvl60.

Nah on my 360 i found one that was 2100 or so it was a blue colored one i found from a merchant in moresby. But ps3 i haven found any good ones. And i may do the 5 hour glitch i found sum time today. I dont wanna do it but it seems like i have to since im going nowhere with finding a good one from merchants. Cause thats where i got my good ones.
