Help with sundden microstuttering.

So i bought Dead Island when it came out and i had that microstuttering problem related do the keyboard, i fixed it using the filter keys method and finished the game normally. I decided to play the game a second time today and installed it again with the new updates and stuff, but for my surprise the microstuttering was back, this time the fix i used before is not working and playing with the controller does not solve it either. So anyone knows whats going on and how to fix it ?

PS: graphics card is not overheating and catalyst is up to date + all my other games are ok.
