Not understanding the Xbox 360/flashdrive method in description of video...

I went on Youtube and saw this, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3k8rQW7TwPE&list=FLMTRAhupPtUk5maXzLY1Udg&feature=plcp, and in the description, they say you can do this on 360 also, but idk to even get the file on USB so my 360 can detect it. Anyone have any ideas?

You should plug your USB in to your Xbox first, go to your system settings and find where your HDD is, it should be there, you'll also need to configure your device so it can hold Game saves and the like.

If your Xbox can't even detect it, it may be a problem with your USB.
