To be honest, the graphics bugs are pretty slight, and have not affected my enjoyment of the game. Just be sure to install to HDD and Im sure you will have a pleasant experience.

You can sell it, but I would advise hanging on to it. You never know what plans you might find. You may need those components more than the cash later on.
