I have almost 500 hours on pc and have not legitimately found a crowd pleaser, defender, or mccalls. So I think they really are rare as hell. I don't think you can hack on ps3 given it is encrypted...
I don't see why not, they are quite common on pc. Atleast for me, I find a pair atleast every 3-4 sessions.
