There really isn't an exact size because the theme of the site is fluid, which means the width changes depending on the size of the screen it is viewed on.

Ok Shoutbox is back up for now. Still some server issues but I don't believe it is the shoutbox.
Yeah I removed it for a bit, something is causing some issues with server and I am looking into it.
