can you play 2 player split screen on the same console?

i disagree sartex, this game is far from Epic, its behind the times, primitive, riddled with faults and is not worth 40 quid.

people arent being greedy, this games hardly advanced or a strain on the cpu, all of its problems are caused by incompetent development and coding, not because of limited power / memory of our consoles.

this low budget game is a let down, split screen would have been great and is possible to incorporate, what with this games extremely linear and predictable nature.

online play is literally 100 % non existent for me for no apparent reason all of a sudden, i want split screen.

EDIT: It does say it, and it is VERY deceptive! I think based on the lie, people who bought it BECAUSE it was co-op play, should get their money back!

Correct. It's a great game, but I lost a top 40 ranking due to a game freeze in wave 51 of BBA A.

Thanks and i also agree with you that no split screen means that just is the wastage of time and i feel not comfortable with the screen.

It would be different if people were complaining because they wanted it and the company never advertised it as such...I don't believe it to be in fair practice that we purchased this game under the false advertising that we could play together as co-op. Trust me, my husband looks very carefully at games because he WANTS to play games with me. This is a matter of greed, but not on the consumers part...instead it is greed on the developers part.

that's dumb..my husband bought this so we could play together. It's lame not to be able to do split screen regardless of how cool the game is. It says co-op on the back of the box, too, and usually if it's only multi-player online then it says that on the game, not co-op. Way to go x-box. Thumbs super high up!

im sure you can do a system link. but of course you need two xbox's i wonder if the split screen would be any good unless you got a big tv i got a 36 inch tv and play resident evil 5 split screen and it sucks. its like playing on a 12 inch tv

So what? You can't play split screen. You can still play multiplayer and this game has epic DLC's so this game is not a waste of time/money. You/some people are just being a little to greedy, don't you think? Want split-screen? Go play L4D. Learn to live with what you get. Some people can't even afford a $0.50 lollipop. So don't be dissing an epic game costing $40 just because it is missing split screen. Be grateful.

My husband specifically looks for offline co-op play so that he and I can play together. That is not greed, that is expecting to get what is advertised. Do your homework before spouting off about how someone who expects to get what they pay for, are greedy. That is ignorant.
