I love coming across new challenges to break up the whole "get me this and I will help you", "before I give you this to give to that guy so he can help you you must save me/them", "now that I have given this to you/helped you ... good luck with that pack of infected" and so on and so forth.

It's a Side-Quest, in Moresby City, given by Vang Chi. I found it while I was running around, uncovering the green sections of the map.

I hate Moresby, even more than the Jungle. Despite the fact The Jungle should be far deadlier (Butchers+Mercs w/ Automatic weapons) than Moresby (Rams + packs of Walkers). Moresby is just... too... unwieldy and kind of depressing. Its so... gray and on fire.
