just get into the hotel to pick up the champagner and give it to the drug chick, so you get a diamond for each bottle which you can sell for 1500 each..

I'm at level 23 with Xian and I usually am hovering around 8k to 10k at any given time. For my new character that I just started (Sam), I kept doing fridge runs in the hotel kitchen during "Born to be Wild" and racked up about 140 bottles of Champagne, which I then turned into 140 diamonds. So yeah, that's a lot of cash ($210,000), and I don't lose it when I die as long as I just sell them when I need the money.

Kinda sucks, you can only do it while the quest is active. Luckily, there is a workbench nearby down there. Just bring enough money for however long you want to farm. It took me about 1.5 hours to get the 140 bottles. At first it seems kind of tedious and slow, but you will figure out a good rhythm and then it's a piece of cake. there are fridges lining the walls of the kitchens after you drop down through the elevator in the hotel.
