What do you mean facts? I personally when to the store and got the game with my friend the day AFTER the release.. sept 7th... and i play online with him. I cant take a video of something that happened in the past you'l just have to take my word for it

To put it simply for anyone who doesn't understand, there was a patch. People downloaded it and for most, the patch made the game worse. Sony pulled the patch so that no one else can get it. If someone has a patched version and someone else does not, they cannot play together. Either you need to delete your game data (not your save data. Don't mistake the two) or you need to wait for another patch to be released.
