xbox 360 freeze

[this game blows]

First off is this forum affiliated with the developer? I have a gripe, I was 28+ hours into my game. I was at 75% main quest completed with all available side quests also completed. My character was at level 31. All this was done by myself, no help. I go to load my game up last night and it freezes on the load screen.
I say again, it freezes on the load screen. Freezes, in other words, locks up my xbox. Sending me into a dimension of pissed off I haven't been from a game in a long time. I try it again thinking maybe it was a one time thing, it freezes again.
This isn't some b.s. that I was playing co-op and didn't read the disclaimer. To all those who lost their couple levels playing co-op and got reset to their solo progress. This is b.s. where my game save is totally corrupt. My solo campaign, in which my character got zombie gang raped numerous times, gone. With no way to recoup anything.
Where do I go from here? I am not playing that long again for it to do the same thing. It is pretty much icing on the cake to this piece of garbage game. It is one glitch after another with this game. It should not have been released yet. If they were so content on releasing it when they did it should have cost $5.
To all of you whom think that this is a great zombie slayer, I say to you lick my sack. THIS GAME BLOWS! I am a cod zombie slayer, a dead rising warrior, and a left for dead renegade. This game has nothing on any of those. To any of you on here with the xbox version that wants a cheap copy for a friend, I have one for sale. I'll sell it for a loss, who does $5 sound?

I'm with ya there. I just posted a new thread about this. Just happened to me yesterday and I'm furious. I will say though, this would be an awesome game, if not for all the stupid a$$ bugs I've encountered (Missing NPC's so I can't complete missions, losing "orange" weapons from my inventory when I die, losing hours of progress that showed it was saving, only to load back like 4 missions, and now this...the freeze of doom that makes it all irrelevant)

I have over 40 hours and am a few missions into the Prison at 95% completed, and I died.

It froze on the respawn. Then I went to the start menu, and it just freezes when I try to "continue" or "play game" on the prison splashpage image while loading. Then I rebooted xbox and tried about 5 times.

So basically now, I can no longer play with this character or finish the game. I have zero motivation to completely start over from the beginning. I was looking forward to completing this and restarting. I think this is grounds for requesting a refund.

I also went into the game files through the xbox dashboard and that's the only save file there.
