Seems REEEEALY obvious the the prisoner dude is the mentioned Charon.
The fact that Charon has worked for terrorist organisations makes it pretty obvious that either he has been employed to get the virus or is looking for a seller.

Another one is that the tribal girl is actually the hacker. She studied on the mainland, was hired to steal the virus in her body and is returning.

For starters, they say at the end, that the prison island is home to many notorious criminals, including the hacker.

The tribal girl was found on, Surprise! One of the tribal islands.

Also, I'm not sure if anybody else noticed the overwhelming lack of female inmates at the prison. Isn't that because they usually don't have coed prisons. No matter how bad ass this "female hacker" is, They would have just sent her to a normal women's prison.

Banoi is home to a prison that holds the worst of the worst, terrorists/extremists, etc. Kevin is most likely Charon (thanks to the B-Movie hints towards the end game), and I get the feeling the girl is key to his future plans. He's probably going to sell her or take samples of her blood to cultivate the infection. Considering she might be key to discovering a cure or at least an inoculation against infection, she is incredibly valuable. (The only actual cure we know for sure works is upgrading the Undead to "Full Dead"... by any means necessary.)

The recently trademarked title of "Dead World" by Techland seems promising of a global infection.

I thought the ending sucked and the final boss battle was a joke to be honest. It's like they just quit making it at the end or something. I am sure there will be a second something to do with the chopper pilot being infected. He had a funny look on his face.

ok to answer your question yes ope's daughter infected but her clan is immune to it longer then others' in the game the scientist said that it takes around 12 month for them to turn and yes kevin is charon cause in the biography file stat hes the only hacker there and he is also the voice on the radio. he told white about your character getting a cure but instead of a cure kevin radio to the dr.west to make a infection mutiplier.which was the cause of white instant tranformation into a infected btw there alot more i could type but ill leave it like that if you want to know wat i know of dead island just message me and ill be glad to reply

I am going to agree with that, and it makes sense. The supposedly "cure" is a stronger virus which causes a quick reaction to turn. Kevin has to be Charon which means he is the one who will spread the infection to the world.
