    colin at the lighthouse
    the guy on the stage at the beach
    miles davis, the security guy
    2 prisoners

    am i missing any? i usually only do 1 damage to them, is there a faster way to kill npcs?

    That's just a common bug/glitch. Everyone gets it once in awhile. I got it a few times. Just restart your system and it should be back to normal.

    I am stuck on Chapter 2!!! This is my first playthrough and I am following the quest stuff. It says, "talk to James Stein for the signal amplifier."

    I had some what similar problems with Helen at the church. She wouldn't give me my quest.

    I just quit the game and ate some cookies. When I came back, I was allowed to get my quest.
