The colored skulls

I was just running around today and to my amazement found a Green Skull on a hill. I looked up the skulls and seen it was like 4 or 5 different ones. What do they do and what do you get for getting them all?

I think I may be getting alittle ahead of myself, I am only level 13.

Oh, and the Green Skull doesn't show up in my items list??

there are heaps of youtube videos out there showing you the locations of the skulls and the drop off points and the weapons they make.in the resort area you can get the green one but will have to wait for the city for the drop off point but you can get the brown one early in the game,it's location and drop off point are both in the resort area....'left hand of clover' it makes.do some research before creating these weapons,not all are appropriate for you and they cost a lot to make,but in my opinion are so worth it,love my homerun baseball bat!

oh and the skulls wont appear in your inventory,so remember which ones you get.

yeah when you get them they dont show up anywhere so you have to remember which ones you have, also they disapear after you finish the game. basically they are hidden items. when you find one you have to find a specific place to put it down at. when you do that the skull turns into a special mod that you can make into a weapon at the work bench.

youre better off watching videos on youtube or googling the exact locations of them. cause theres one skull you have to enter a mission with, place it and get another one. once you leave that mission you can never go back. so if you dont enter it with that skull you wont be able to do it again until you beat the game
