It looks ok. So, it's The Sims with zombies? Also, the turn based fighting looks a little tacky. Kind of unique, I guess.
I'm more excited about The Dead Linger, also a kickstarter project with zombies.

It has pretty awesome weapons and armor, plus a great combat and leveling system. Also the special zombie make me piss my pants. But i would recommend checking the wiki first here http://deadfrontier.wikia.com/wiki/Dead_Frontier_Wiki
