Big Problem in Co-Op Campaign

So 3 days ago i decided to play co-op campaign with my friend. We played around 2 days , and next day , wheen we entered the game , he lost all his data , i mean Level , XP , inventory , skills , all ! he lost all ! Is theere a posible way to give him all i got ? i mean inventory/level/skills/xp , like a userdata or something , is theere a file ? and if is wheere is that located ?

IF you are on PS3... you need to have a similar story progress otherwise the player with less storyprogress will get the notificaton that the quests will not be written down in his profile. For the loss of level and inventory you need to make sure, when you leave the game, do it exactly like this:
- push the START button
- push the triangle button
- confirm with the X button to leave the game
In that way it saves all the levels and inventory.

You can trade items with every player but you can´t give him XP or skill points

my account was corrupted WTF happened i had great weapons and i was level 46 and now im at 0 and this all happened while joining a coop game

Yup, I lost two characters to co-op corrupt save file. Not sure if I have the resolve to play again, which is beyond too bad, because I seriously love the game.

This happened to me ages ago, there isn't anything you can do. Just make sure before you leave the game or turn off your console that you do something ( a mission or whatever ) to make it save, and look for the autosave spinny thing. That's the only advice I can give you. I had to restart the full game half a year ago because of it.

As was said above, if you just leave the game properly (i.e. pause, then hit "Y" on 360, or Triangle on PS3, not sure what on PC, and it will say "Are you sure you want to exit?" hit whatever button to confirm, and it will save your progress, XP, items, and put you at a safehouse-most recent one, I think), you dont have to worry about tricks to make it save first.
