As I'm playing Dead Island, the dotted line that leads to quest markers disappears after I play for a bit. If I quit and reload the game it comes back, but otherwise I have to use the self-made blue marker in order to get the dotted line. Is this something that can be fixed? Thanks
This happens to me too but only when I use the blue marker in first place. After disabling the blue marker, the quest dot line is missing. I think it comes back when you change areas (like from jungle to resort) but I'm not sure. As you mentioned restarting helps but I don't think the dot line is that essential to restart the game. If you're playing the game more often you'll know where to go anyway.
i second this. dont use that blue waypoint it makes the line disappear so you will just have to fast travel somewhere and back, which really sucks if you are playing with a bunch of people.Originally Posted by Buji

i've had god mode once, it was fun no zombies noticed you and you couldn't die....you couldn't pick anything up or activate/complete quests but it was still fun
