Hey all! This must be the 100th or so game forum I've joined (being sarcastic), but yeah, looking forward to being part of the Dead Island community.

I've only just got my hands on the game. When the trailer was released I was pretty siked but due to money issues I couldn't invest in any more games after Battlefield 3, which is what I mostly play, but it's boring for me now.

So yeah, a new explorer to Dead Island awaits you.

As I'm writing this I'm actually just waiting for the game to download & install. But I know I'll like the game otherwise I would not of bought it.

I'm really new to these forums aswell, but from what I can tell, the community is really nice, and you can easily get co-op partners on any system!
I would say enjoy your first playthrough, I had so much fun surviving, although it was hard sometimes.
If you need help you can always message me, I'm fairly experienced in Dead Island myself!

Why hello there. I've had the game for a while and just getting back into it since a friend bought it yesterday. U_GOTT_OWNED__ he doesn't know about this site and if he finds out he gets some friends from here, or he starts hating me, I don't care.

First off, welcome to the forum! I think if you stick around you will enjoy the community here, we are all pretty nice (sans sartex).

I think that you should play through the game single player before you multiplayer, you will have a much better experience that way. This game is tons of fun no matter how you play it though.

Yup, I'm with him on this one. We are all pretty experienced on here, some more than others, but we are all willing to help (sans sartex). Also, welcome to the forums as well!
