I'm having trouble finding this skull, ik its in the sewers but i cant seem to find it. I just need someone to help me find it. I just beat the game again so I will need to join ur game or until i can get to the sewers. (you would think a level 59 could be able to find it)

I think this video will help you, it did for me.
If you for some reason can't watch videos, I recommend you climb every ladder in the sewers, it's really hard to navigate because you have no map, but you will find it eventually, it's on the way to the place where all the police officers and richer people hang out.
