Also, your title is misleading. I figured you posted a MP problem, turns out you're only looking for a team.

I'd agree, bring up urgency when there is none is a great way to turn people off.

While I find it annoying posting something as simple as looking or people as urgent, I gotta say, I admire your persistence. Asked a couple people in another thread, asked me too, sent a friend request and visitor message just so we can play a bit.
