On this site, I read that the level cap will be increased to Level 70. However, after going not much more than 2 minutes into this video, an interview with Sebastian Reichert for 'Blast Magazine', he says that the level cap has been raised to 75. Those extra 5 points are going to make a big difference, I like it.
He also let it be known that you lose your weapons, also.
