hi,
before you go to the prison, you have to get the cigar's and the gas for the boat.
just at the beginning, when you arrive at moresby and get off the boat, there is a chest on the right side right to the a garbage container.
everytime i try to get there it pushes me back and i slip/glitch through the iron bars down to the wooden walkway (sry for my english, do not exactly lŽknow what it is called but iguess, you do understand).
i played with a friend and it was the same.
does anyone get to this chest and can opne it?

Never saw it. And probably won't for awhile. My PS3 is out of commission at the moment.
