Ok Shoutbox is back up for now. Still some server issues but I don't believe it is the shoutbox.
Not to worry! It'll be back soon enough, there have simply been some issues with the servers lately and they're being taken care of as we speak!
Meanwhile I encourage you guys to use this as a chance to open new threads! I'm sure that a-lot of the discussions that would usually take place in the Shoutbox would make for some wonderful threads as-well!
