Military Machete

Is this item normally Orange, or are there variations of it?
Just wondering, because I haven't even gotten into the jungle yet for the ,'Nighthawk' mission, and before I got to the crash sight to lead Nikolai into the bunker, there was a corpse that had the Military Machete(orange) in it. Does like 399+100 damage, so I was overwhelmed(I still use it from me being 18 then, and 25 now.) I recently just put the blade mod I found when I started the bloodbath arena earlier, and I've got to say, that's a great weapon to have that fire element on it. lol and that Tesla bomb mod is pretty bad ass, too. Kind of sucks to know that you lose the knife, but it kind of gives me a reason to keep low-par knives now, eh? Ha ha. Are there mods in the other arena areas, or was I just lucky?

I was in the arena (hard difficulty one) and at level 50 a zombie dropped the military machete, also orange but level 60. I've never seen one that isn't orange but can't say I've looked really

That's pretty cool. I was mainly asking, because The wiki didn't really give much information/pictures of it. But I put that heated blade mod to it, and mercy. I was kicking arse! lol I hadn't tried the hard difficulty one yet, just the easy, and continued on some side quests. I'll have to challenge myself later.

the one you get from the nighthawk mission should be purple and is a pretty good weapon when you get that so yeah probably just some randomized version of it that you got.

Yes, there are many variations of the Military Machete that range from "Flimsy" to "Diabolical".

There is a quest in the Lighthouse that gives you a purple military machete, I also have a green, blue and orange one as well. Machete's in general are good because of their durability. So the answer is yes to the different colored machete's.

Thank ya much. I kind of found that earlier when I had gotten a flimsy military machete that was white not too long ago. I like putting that heat mod on the machetes. Especially since I'm in moresby at the moment, and I found out that having fire on your sword automatically ignites poisonous infected. That's just awesome.

Also, I didn't really want to spam with another thread, but I read in the Wiki page that I get the Ripper Mod for buying the Bloodbath Arena DLC, but I don't see that blueprint in my inventory, or at the work bench. Where is it found?

But, just go on and close the thread. I guess I have all the answers I need.
