XP Bug?

I was playing Dead Island and I was a level 6 I kicked a zombie in a pool and killed it only to find out that I'm lvl 25 now? I'm Sam B and doing the quest for Marcus about turning on the switches or something ( to get in the lighthouse warehouse ) and I'm outmatched.PLEASE HELP

You may have completed a challenge because those give you a ton of xp and can skip levels like that.

You have to watch those challenges when you start other saves. You can check them under the 'extras' slot in the menu. The challenges run in your gamer profile, not specific character, or save, so no matter which save you are playing, the challenges are running. This has happened to a lot of people. When it happened to me, I was also at the resort, went from a 4 to a 25. What I did was to loot chests, and also loot the luggage at the hotel several times, so that I could afford to buy and upgrade weapons. Now that you are a higher level, you will get more cash when you loot.

Well robbie, my dear friend, there once was a Sartex who was on the Forums 24/7, all day he would moderate the forums and catch spammers. He risked being late several times to go places or risk failing and not doing my work thats needed to be done. Then one day, a little spammer came by and thought it would be nice to break the rules.... Sartex was already in bed though, about to sleep when suddenly he had a sudden urge to check the Forums and saw a little spammer run around. Sartex, filled with rage, snapped his finger and.... POOF all his spam disappeared and so did he... :3 Theeeeeee End
