Purple skull goes on a stove in Alicia's apartment only accessable through the quest "Uninvited Guests" It gives you Notes 03 I believe or was it 04. Idk. Lol. But yea. =D And My list isn't even complete xD Its what I have found so far.
Good guide, I think it's fairly complete, I've done all the side quests and stuff myself and have found every mod you have listed other than the developer mod's. I found a blue skull just didn't know what to do with it lol Old Smoky is AWESOME, I have 3 of them lol. I have some supplies that I don't know what to do with, stingray tails, and others I can't think of at the moment. Hopefully they make some new mods or something, or at least a few special ones for those of us with Day 1 problems.

Fairly good document for the mods. As JuniorBandit96 said, it would be nice for the areas. And I am looking forward to new mods. Just wish I could find a Exotic Brass Knuckles.
